Every page on this site, including this one, carries links to three independent gambling-help organisations. They sit alongside the other links on the page but are not part of the operator listings.

These are the only outbound links on the site that carry no sponsored marking. They are set to nofollow and open in a separate tab on the organisation's own website. This site receives nothing when a reader follows one of them.
Before You Start
Deciding a few things before any money is involved makes the decision easier to stick to once the game is underway.
- Decide the amount before starting, so the figure is set by a calm mind rather than by the moment.
- Treat that amount as already spent, so losing it is not a surprise and winning it back is not the goal.
- Never chase a loss: trying to win back money already lost tends to increase the amount at risk rather than recover it.
- Keep gambling out of borrowed money, so a loss cannot turn into a debt owed to someone else.
- Take breaks: stepping away resets the pressure to keep playing until a loss is fixed.
- Involve someone else early, while it is still entertainment, rather than after it has stopped being one.

The eighteen-and-over restriction is repeated throughout this site, including on the front page and at the end of every operator listing. Nobody's age is verified on this site and no gambling takes place on it: any check of that kind happens at the destination a reader is redirected to.
Before Claiming Anything
Each of the ten operator listings ends with the same line: check availability and the current terms at the destination before claiming anything, because eligibility rules and terms apply there and can change without notice. Everything a reader can actually do with money happens after leaving this site. Each operator link redirects to a third party, and from that moment the destination's rules, checks and account controls apply, not anything published here.
Where Account Controls Live
Controls such as deposit caps, loss caps, reality checks, cooling-off periods or self-exclusion belong to an operator account. This site has no account, no form and no server-side application, so nothing published here can switch one of those controls on, check its status or enforce it.
